Booking Policy:

Maximum occupancy: Two adults per room. Any additional guests will be detected via security cameras, and the booking will be canceled without a refund to maintain a pleasant experience for all guests.

Check-in: 4 PM. Early or late check-ins require prior arrangement.

Check-out: 11 AM.
House Rules:

Noise policy: Quiet hours from 9 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends. Guests are expected to be considerate of others in terms of noise and cleanliness. Disregard for this may result in booking cancellation without a refund.

Guests must read check-in instructions before arrival.
Restrictions:

No pets allowed.

No parties or events permitted.

The property does not serve food. Each room has one bed only. Cribs are not provided, but guests can bring their own. While not recommended, a child over 5 years old may share the bed at the guests' discretion.

Limited parking: Two spaces available; please ensure space for two cars. Additional parking available on Chatsworth Road.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas, if available.

The B&B reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated or unruly guests for the safety and comfort of other guests and staff.
